I have done an iron fitting and a driver fitting with David at this location. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I've already knocked 5 shots off my handicap this last season (now 9) thanks to him helping me find the best match of clubs for me. I just bought a new driver and the service tech changed the grip out for me in 5 min. Great service!

Very disappointed in the customer service at the 179 Enterprise Blvd location. I had my PW serviced a couple of weeks ago since the head of the club was a little loose. The service technician had assured me that they had fixed the issue only to find the first time I swing the club, the head and shaft snapped off. I had brought the club back to the service center with my receipt from a few weeks ago where I was told nothing could be done since they couldn't confirm what the fault was. I then spoke to the manager Chris who was very rude and explained the only thing I could do was buy a new shaft for my club. Will not be going to this location again.

Unhappy employees , unhappy service! I just came out of the store 20 mins ago. When I was in the store , I asked for assistance about clubs . I spoke to a girl at cashier first . She send me to end of the store to wait. I waited there , nobody came. Then I went to spoke to a men at cashier . This time he send me to the club are to wait . While I was waiting , I saw JJ at the customs-fit area. I told him I need help . He helped me right away. I got some idea from him about what clubs I need. I really appreciate his help. But , I felt other people working there was not happy and didn’t care about customers.

I went into the store recently to look at some new golf shoes and clothes. I was pleasantly surprised, because of the many negative reviews of this location, however I had exceptional customer service by a young woman named Aruna. She was extremely helpful and had no issues showing me many items around the store. She took her time and thoroughly explained the differences between the shoes I was interested in. I will be visiting again.
